Tattoo Artist

A Statement

Regarding the recent claims against me:

The first thing you should know: the allegations against me are completely false.
A criminal investigation has never been pursued nor filed against me.
A civil lawsuit has never been filed against me.
These allegations, I believe are solely for the purpose of ruining my career. The accuser is seeking to use social media as a tool to subvert our longstanding principals of justice such as due process, and through a trained professional investigation conducted by law enforcement.

I hope you all read this with an open mind as this can happen to anyone. Anyone can make false accusations and rip apart someone else’s entire life. Social media allows a rush to judgment WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE, without any deliberation. This is a smear campaign by a person I had a falling out with. This is a smear campaign where our usual systems of justice are not being used or even sought. This prevents me from defending myself and from my complete denial being heard. It prevents me from showing that one of the people who have joined the mob of making false allegations has actually expressed their admiration for my work after the timeframe from which the allegations allegedly arose. The accusers are using social media as a weapon and not as a search for truth and justice. It is scary how quickly it can happen.
I’m still in absolute shock.

I have tattooed hundreds of Floridians for the past several years. It has been an honor to do so. Since this individual decided to relentlessly harass me, I have lost my job, my livelihood and these repercussions will stick with me even after I have cleared my name and have had these false rumors dismissed.

At first, I was hesitant in talking publicly regarding the accusations of sexual assault made against me. Since these claims are false, I thought by giving them attention I would only give them more credibility. Since then, I’ve realized that it’s a disservice to my work, my colleagues and the countless men and women I’ve tattooed to not address the situation. I can only hope you’ll give me the chance to share my passion for tattoos and art with you, and to earn your trust.

If you have been a victim of domestic or sexual assault, please call the Florida DV hotline at: 800-500-1119.
